Shipping Policy

Processing time
Because every serum is custom formulated based on your quiz results, please allow 7 business days from the date you complete your quiz for your order to be formulated and shipped. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes [insert typical transit time, for example 3 to 5 business days] within the United States.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your product's journey to your door.

International shipping
At this time we do not have shipping outside of the United States, but if you are shopping from a different country you are welcome to reach out to us personally at hello@serumbarco.com.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Serum Bar is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, please contact us at hello@serumbarco.com and we will do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to make changes once an order has entered production, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
